Can anyone help me with the pricing tier of Azure AD. As I want to add some users. So what will be the best for my requirements?

Basically, Azure Active Directory consists of four different editions which are Free, Office 365, Premium P1, and Premium P2. So, as per your requirement, a Free edition will be enough for you if you do not require any premium features.
