How to login gcp console without ssh?

I have changed the root files into a different subfolder and now my virtual machine is not accessible by ssh. Is there any way to revert without logging into it.

For this, you cannot directly contact the VM. So kindly create a snapshot of the VM and then create a new instance using the snapshot and then enable the protocols and login into it. Then you will have the files inside the instance and then you can revert all files to a new disk.
