PowerBI Web: Connect to Oracle Cloud database

Is there any possible way in Power Bi Webb that retrive data from Oracle database which is held by Oracle Cloud

For the connection of the Oracle database with Power Bi, all we need to install Oracle client software, so the following Oracle versions support the PowerBi

• Oracle Server 9 and later
• Oracle Data Access Client (ODAC) software 11.2 or later
