Azure Storage Calculation of Blob Container Size

Question

I have created a function which helps me to find the Blob container size. But, when I tried to run it, it shows two different value while using storage explorer and for a specific container. Can anyone help me why it is showing?

Basically, the container shows the size which is calculated according to container size and not as per the storage account bills you. Basically, it will bills you less.
