Show graph with no value in Power BI

Question

I am having a data which have only two values Staff or Temporary

At present I am having only one entry as below

 

All I need to show is Staff with it its value on the Y-Axis

and when I plot it only shows as Staff in the column

How can I resolve it?

Create a lookup Table that can use the relationships in the examples you are using the following two tables:

Employee Data

Employee Type

and create a relation between them
