How to use a custom shape map in power bi ?

I am trying to use a custom shape map in Power BI and I am unable to make it work. Could you please help me out with this?

After taking mapshaper in use, users should only be left with a topojson file, also you need to import the json file into Power BI in the shape map visual.

After that ID or identifier should be assigned to individual sections of that map within the topojson file. Now in order to identify, view the json file in a text/scripting editor. 

Import your dataset into Power BI and then user needs to map each of the datavalues to the identifier.
