Where to find free example on apache mahout in cloudera quickstart vm

Hello,

I'm working on Cloudera Quickstart VM, and i'm doing a test on each component of the Hadoop Ecosystem. But i cannot find some free tutorials/training/hands-on exercises on Apache Mahout. Everything i find it' just theroric.

Can someone suggest me something?
