I want to know whether there is any command line available for MySQL client for windows or not?

I want a single exe that allows connecting and running a sample query. I did a research on google and found some big graphical environments like toad or mysql workbench. I just want a simple command line tool, how can I get it?

When you visit MySQL download page, click on the platform "Microsoft Windows". Then download the "Windows (x86, xx-bit), ZIP Archive" you have to be sure to select the one with size over 140M.

You can find out the binary file in the “bin” folder. 

I get it completely that this is not just the client binaries, but I think you don't have to install and setup the whole server.
