Could someone tell me what are Terraform Variables?

Terraform variables are used to define centrally controlled reusable values. And there are a few types of variables that are available in Terraform, generally divided into inputs and outputs. The input variable is used to define values that will configure infrastructure. And output variable is used to get the information about the infrastructure after deployment.
