Text Analytics could be defined as the method of extracting insights by processing, unstructured texts in very large volumes, using various ML, Statistical and advanced techniques like (linguistic, etc.). If we derive qualitative insights from these texts, then it is termed as Text Mining, but if we derive quantitative insights, then it is Text Analytics, that will help professionals to gauge the trend or downfall of a product or service, using just text.
