If you want to build Java Enterprise Edition applications, it is best to use Eclipse IDE for J2EE. It has editors ranging from JSP/JSF, Javascript. It is rich in web apps development and provides plugins and tools to develop Java EE applications easily.

Eclipse Classic is a full-featured Eclipse without the J2EE part.
