Basically, JavaScript is a programming language and jQuery is a library that is built with JavaScript for helping the developers to perform web tasks. Also, using JavaScript all the time for the project can able to slow down the project time whereas using the jQuery library to that project can magnify the project and also solve this issue.

I hope this will help.
