Is there anything like Environment Lock of Blue Prism in Automation Anywhere?

Environment Lock is locking a file to be processed by a bot so another bot won't be able to open in.

NO, Automation Anywhere does not have any feature like environment lock. But I can suggest a workaround that might work. We can connect excel files as databases in Automation Anywhere so what I suggest is you can create kind of like a values true or false stored inside excel, so if the value is false the bot has to wait till it becomes true also since we are not manually opening the file but querying like database n number of bots can query.
