As of now, in the year 2020, the answer to this question is not yet. Machines do not have the ability to completely replicate the human brain. An AI system is as good as the programmer who wrote the code for it. As humans, we do not completely understand how our brains work and why the human brain functions the way it does. So, to think of a machine that can replace the human brain when we ourselves do not understand it is not possible as of today. However, this can change in the years to come due to the exponential rise in the quality of research that goes into the fields of neurosciences and Artificial Intelligence. Superintelligence can only be seen in the Sci-Fi films of today, but this can definitely change in a couple of decades from now.
