• Understanding business requirements from business teams
• Interacts with the bank's IT team and getting the defined bank policies configured within the bank's software.
• In the case of new software procurement, Interact with the respective IT company's assigned person, and provide the required business understanding of their bank's business.
• Helping the bank's strategy team chalk out the correct strategy in order to improve their overall profitability.
