Could someone tell me the difference between business analytics and data science?

In a layman’s term Data science is all about gaining key insights and knowledge from a large pool of data to support decision making within the organizations. 

Whereas Business analytics uses these data to empower business operations and maximize its profit margin by giving curated services by understanding the needs of the customer.
