Could someone tell me what is the difference between Business Intelligence and Data Analytics?

Business Intelligence or BI is all about finding out what happened in the past and how did it happen and what leads to what. Through business intelligence companies are gaining key insights to support business decisions and explore the drawbacks or success of any business proposition. 

Whereas Data Analytics is about collecting, processing, and analyzing the large pool of data to assess why something happened, and with the help of predictive analysis we could predict the future of the current situation and forecast the trends with the help of the data available to them.
