Unable to install test manager extension on Azure devops server 2019

Question

We upgraded our TFS server to version latest 2019. I tried to install the downloaded Test Manager extension as we do for TFS2017 and TFS2018. But unable to do so, even with full access and TFS test plan subscription.
 This is what I receive

"This extension does not support the version of the Server you are currently using. See Works With for supported Server versions."

You do need not to install an extra Test Manager for Azure DevOps Server 2019. It only works with TFS2017 and TFS2018.
