Add test plan license users to Azure DevOps service organization

Question

We are using EA contract subscription for the organization. And have tied DevOps service organization to an EA subscription.

How to buy multiple Test Plan license for EA subscription from Billing Tab?

Answer 1

It happens automatically when you add/remove users, or change their access level. Just make sure you have billing set up to a valid and active Subscription.
