Tableau Prep Calculated field to subtract Q3 YTD from Q4 YTD to get Q4 QTD

Question

I am having a dataset that has data Q1,Q2,Q3,Q4 and YTD and i want to add a calculated feild which calculates QTD data based on YTD values.

Drag the date field to the left  rows and select year, and then repeat it and select the quarter, and then place the measure on the sheet. And add the calculated feild

sum([VALUE])+ PREVIOUS_VALUE(0)
