SQL Azure Data Sync vs Standard Geo Replication

Can anyone help me to distinguish between Data Sync and Standard Geo Replication on SQL Azure Databases?

Data Sync : You can use data sync where you need to update your data across several databases in Azure Sql database or in SQL server.

Geo Replication : Active Geo-Replication is a feature of Azure SQL database which helps you to create readable secondary databases on a server which consists of an individual databases in the same or different server.
