Which is the best approach to deploy MERN stack app on Amazon EC2?

I want to know the best approach for deploying the MERN stack app on EC2. I searched the web and in some examples, Nginx is used and in some, it is used for Reactjs and express js. So just want to be clear that which is the best approach?

You can use Node.js hosting provided by Elastic Beanstalk without configuring the server in EC2.
