How to change Security Group for existing amazon EC2 Ubuntu?

I was changing the Security Group of my instance by right click and then "change Security Group" but it's not working.

Any help!

It seems that your instance is EC2 Classic so you cannot change the security group of EC2 classic. Here first you need to migrate your instance to EC2-VPC and after that, you can change the security group whenever necessary.
