Azure Functions App is Read Only after publishing

Question

I have created different Azure functions but after some time it changes to read only mode. I want to edit those functions using portal. Is it possible to do that? Can anyone help me with this?

Yes you can able to do it. Basically, what happen is when you deployed your functions to Azure one more complied file is deployed which is not editable. So, you need to modify the declarative part and as well as modification part to do it.
