Does a developer have to pay for publishing a SaaS app on Windows Azure Marketplace?

I have a simple SaaS-driven application, which I want to publish on Windows Azure Marketplace. But I was not able to find the pricing of publishing an application over marketplace. Can anyone help me with this?

So basically, you can able to publish your application to Azure marketplace and there will be no cost for publish but some commission will be taken by marketplace.
