Azure Application Gateway - Multiple SSL Certificates?

Can anyone help me how to set multiple domains to Application gateway and then upload SSL certificates for each of them? Is it possible?

Yes, you can able to set different domains. It is also possible to add SSL certificates. Also, using LetsEncrypt you can very well create single certificate for multiple domains.
