Basically, UI design stands for user interface, whereas UX design stands for user experience.

UI design actually focuses on how the product has to look, whereas UX design checks how to provide a smooth experience for the product user. UI design focuses on how to help the user with the product interface through interactive elements, whereas UX design focuses on research, testing, and development. UI design is usually considered a part of the UX design process.

If you want to learn about UI/UX design, I recommend you go for a UI UX Design Certification. This course helps you to become a professional without prior knowledge.
