AWS vs Azure, which has a broader scope?

AWS has more scope than Azure. 

The big advantage of AWS is that it's a cloud platform, meaning you can use it to run your entire infrastructure as well as your services. On the other hand, Azure has to be used with Microsoft services such as SQL Server and SharePoint, which means you have to buy them from them (and therefore pay for them).

There are also some limitations to what you can do with Azure: for example, you can't run Linux VMs on Azure or use any other non-Microsoft operating system.
