Should I learn PHP or go to Flask/Django as a Python developer for web deevlopment?

There really is not right or wrong answer here. You can choose either one of them, they are both quite easy to use and popular. Although you can choose one of them based on you proficiency in either PHP or Python. PHP is very popular on the web, however most of the big companies are now choosing to use more modern languages such as python to build their web applications, because these languages are easy to learn and use. In python Django is one of the most popular frameworks because of it's ease of use and it's easy to understand architecture. So at the end of the day you can choose either on of these, but make sure that you understand the pros and cons of choosing one over the other.
