How to add custom color to tableau?

Actually main purpose of visualizations in tableau is making the charts interactive in a smoother manner, If your charts looks interactive then the users will show interests on them otherwise that will get bored so color palettes is the one option to make those visualizations interactive. for example in this we will see how the customers sales varies based on different segments, and for this we will use the default data set of tableau i.e. sample superstore. Below are the steps for adding the color palettes:

Step 1: Drag and drop the customers name from Dimensions to column shelf and Sales from Measures to rows shelf as shown below

Step 2: Arrange them in descending order then drop Segment field from Dimension to colors under Marks card as shown below:

Step 3: Then click on color and select edit colors then new pop up window will open, from there click on 'select color palette'. now you can choose any color palette

Step 4: Once you select color palette then click on apply and OK. Now enjoy your newly customized chart.
