Can anyone tell me with which programming language should I start learning for Data Science?

I recommend starting with the programming language Python to learn data science but you should also be familiar with R programming, SQL, NoSQL, and SAS. You should start with Python for Data Science because it has an abundance of libraries for data analysis, data modeling, computer vision, and natural language processing applications. After that, having a knowledge of SQL and NoSQL is important for storing and retrieving data from relational and non-relational data from databases.
