What Azure Table IOPS limitations exist with the different Web App (or function) sizes?

I want to use large scale operations for table storage. So, can anyone help me what is the limitations of the Web apps and azure table storage for IOPS?

So, according to Azure limitation, if you go for web app then Web App is based on the service plan, you can able to choose different service plan for different VM sizes. For more information on Azure limitations prefer this link.
