How to run/debug Azure Cloud Service locally on Visual Studio Code?

I want to migrate my project from visual studio 2017 to visual studio code. But, whenever I tried to run it throws an error:

The compute emulator had a error: Can't locate service descriptions..

Can anyone help me with this?

As of now, Visual studio code does not support it, it only contains an extension.
