How to deal with audit log GCP Management Console login failure?

Could anyone help me out with audit log GCP Management Console login failure?

There must be an access in the dashboard to the Stackdriver tab> Logs. In this way the logs can be accessed. Logs in the console will appear without any additional access to the Stackdriver webpage.
