Prof. (Dr.) Satyam is currently an Assistant Professor in the Marketing area at IIM Ranchi. Dr. Ankur Jha is an assistant professor in the area of Marketing at the Indian Institute of Management, Ranchi. He graduated from the Indian Institute of Management in Lucknow with a Ph.D. in marketing management. He has written articles for peer-reviewed publications like the European Journal of Marketing, the Journal of Cleaner Production, the Journal of Social Marketing, and the Social Responsibility Journal.
