To ensure transparency and clarity, please carefully review our Refund Policy outlined below. By enrolling in any course through the Intellipaat website, you acknowledge and agree to abide by our Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and the specific refund conditions detailed here.
For Online Instructor Led Courses
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of course purchase.
- and You must have accessed less than 30% of the e-learning content.
- and You must have attended not more than one (1) live online class session.
- and have not requested for any exam voucher or kit.
For University Linked Certification Courses
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of course purchase.
- and you must have attended not more than one (1) live online class session.
- and have not requested for any exam voucher or kit.
For Self Placed Learning
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of course purchase.
- Should have consumed less than 25% of the video-learning content
- and not requested any exam voucher
Any refund request failing to meet any of the requirements will not be accepted and no refund will be provided.
For University Linked Degree Programs
- Refunds for the degree programs are governed by the policy of the institute or the contract signed or the offer letter provided during the admission process.
Please Note
- Refund requests that do not fulfil the above conditions will not be accepted, and no refund will be provided.
- All refunds will be processed within 30 days, post review and approval of any such request.
- If the candidate has taken the loan then loan cancellation and processing charges will be borne by the candidate.
- Intellipaat, reserves the right to postpone/cancel an event because of instructor illness or force-majeure events (like floods, earthquakes, political instability, pandemic situation like COVID19, etc.)
Batch Deferral / Rescheduling Policy
Due to any reason learner wants to defer the batch or restart the classes in a new batch, such requests can be done by dropping an email to [email protected]. Only 1 time batch defer is allowed and are subjected to the availability of the batches. Learner can request for batch deferral to any of the cohorts starting in the next 3 months from the start date of the initial batch in which the student was originally enrolled for. Batch deferral requests are accepted only once however learner should not have completed more than 20% of the program.
