Business Developer and Business Analyst are both different from each other. Both jobs serve different purposes by working in the same organization. Business Development, as the name, suggests works to develop the business or grow the business to newer heights. It is more related to the Sales team. On the other hand, Business Analysts work as an interface between customers and developers’ teams, they bridge the gap by reporting the customer feedback for a product or service the company sells. They analyze huge datasets to extract meaningful information, that serves the purpose, of supporting key-business decisions to grow the business by making informed decisions.

If you are seriously into Business Analytics, then I would suggest you enroll in a Business Analyst certification course from Intellipaat, that would help you to enhance your practical skills. Also, take a look at the following video on How to Become a Business Analyst with No Experience.
