Could someone tell me whether Artificial Intelligence lead to massive unemployment?

Yes! Artificial Intelligence will lead to massive unemployment if people do not realize the importance AI will play in the coming days. As everything around you is being optimized to perform efficiently, it is only possible with the help of AI. So, in the future, if you do not have the required skillsets, you will face unemployment. But the fact is that with every new technology, many jobs will be lost, but slowly it will give rise to a new set of jobs too. Therefore, AI will lead to a massive level of unemployment but will give rise to a new set of jobs about which we do not have the slightest knowledge yet. And maybe who knows, AI might offer much more jobs in the future than it took!
