How will I receive my certificate from IIM Ranchi?

You will receive an Executive Post Graduate Certification in the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) from IIM Ranchi upon completion of the program. Please find below the criteria for receiving the certificate.

  • Participants who meet the minimum attendance along with the academic evaluation criteria will be awarded a certificate of completion.
  • Those participants who meet the attendance criteria but do not fulfil the academic evaluation criteria will be awarded a certificate of participation.
  • Anyone who fails to meet both the academic evaluation criteria as well as the minimum attendance criteria will not be eligible for any certificate.
