How will I receive my certificate?

You will receive an Executive Post Graduate Certification in the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Programme from IIM Ranchi, upon completion of the program. Please find below the criteria for receiving the certificate

  • Participants who complete the academic requirements and satisfy the requisite attendance criteria will be awarded a certificate of completion.
  • Participants who are unable to clear the evaluation criteria but have the requisite attendance will be awarded a participation certificate.
  • Any participant who is neither able to clear the evaluation criteria nor satisfies the requisite attendance criteria will not receive any certificate.

In this Chief Human Resources Officer Course, sessions are conducted by IIM professors. They will help you to become an expert in this field of management via online video lectures and projects. They will also help you master various skills by providing hands-on experience in these domains through real-time projects.

Upon completion of the course and successfully executing the assignments and projects, you will receive an industry-recognized Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Programme certification from IIM Ranchi.

You will receive a copy of the recorded session in the next 12 hours, in case you fail to attend any of the live lectures.

To receive alumni status, the Executive Alumni Fee of Rs.10000 (inclusive of all) will have to be paid to IIM RANCHI in full (for those who will be opting for it). This will be done upon the program completion.
