Dr. Shweta Jha is an Assistant Professor at IIM Ranchi. She has completed her Ph.D. in Marketing from IIM Indore and an MBA from IIIT Gwalior. Her specializations include Consumer Psychology and Behavior, E-Commerce, and related fields.
Rojers P Joseph is an Associate Professor in the Strategy & Entrepreneurship department at IIM Ranchi. In addition to the core subjects, he also teaches courses like Corporate Governance, Social Responsibility, and Design Thinking and Innovation.
Dr. Jagan Kumar Sur is an Assistant Professor at IIM Ranchi. He has completed his Ph.D. in Finance & Accounting from IIM Raipur and an M.Phill. from Utkal University. He brings expertise in the field of Financial accounting and management accounting.
Dr. Shudhanshu Shekhar is an Assistant Professor at IIM Ranchi in OB & HR department. He has completed his Ph.D in Organizational Behavior from IIM Calcutta. His research focuses on institutional theory, business history, and the philosophy of research.
Dr. Krishna Kumar Dadsena is an Assistant Professor at IIM Ranchi. He holds a Ph.D. from IIT Kharagpur and an M.Tech from NIT Tiruchirappalli. Dr. Dadsena’s teaching areas include Quantitative Business Modelling, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Management.
