How will I receive my certificate from IIM Ranchi?

You will receive an Executive Post Graduate Certification in the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Programme from IIM Ranchi upon completion of the program. Please find below the criteria for receiving the certificate.

  • Those participants who complete the academic requirements and fulfil the requisite course attendance criteria will be awarded a certificate of completion.
  • Participants who meet the attendance requirements but do not fulfil the evaluation criteria will be awarded a certificate of participation.
  • Participants who fail to meet the evaluation criteria and the required attendance will not be eligible for any certificate.

In this Chief Human Resources Officer Course, sessions are conducted by IIM professors. They will help you become an expert in this management field through online live classes. They will also help you master various skills by offering hands-on experience through real-world projects & case studies.

Upon completing the course and successfully executing the assignments and projects, you will receive an industry-recognized Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) Programme certification from IIM Ranchi.
