Add Manual YTD Target column to add to PBI table

Hello,

I have created a table into PBI, which has 4 columns. Were column C and E is a measure (to get running total).

Column B and D is the columns in which we enter manual values, thus this is the YTD target.

How can we enter manual values and link to the source table ?
