How do I link my MSDN Azure Benefit to a specific Office 365 Tenancy

how to attach my MSDN Azure benefit to an Office 365 E3 tenancy I've created such that I am able to access all the services?

First of all, sign in with your Office 365 administrator account. Sign up for your free trial from here to be able to fulfill your request. 

Make sure you're selecting the options related to MSDN when you're asked to do so.
