Follow these steps to publish a dashboard in Power BI:
Step 1: Select File > Publish > Publish to Power BI or select Publish directly on the ribbon.
Step 2: Sign in to Power BI.
Step 3: Select the destination
After publishing is completed you will receive a link to your dashboard. Click the link to open the dashboard in your Power BI site.
