Follow these steps to install Power BI in your windows 7 device:

First of all, go to the Microsoft Power BI website to download the setup for the software.
And then you double click the software file to install it.
A window of the setup gets shown, in that, click Next.
After that accept the end-user agreements and license and then click Next.
Select the destination folder. And click Next.
You will be shown with a window, there click Install.
Wait for some time as the software is being installed.
Upon proper installation, Power BI will open if you have selected the option to run after installation. Or else you have to double-click and open the software.
