I have my database on AWS RDS, and somehow I deleted some of the records accidentally and now I want to recover them. So I can use Point-In-Time data recovery?

You can use Point-In-Point to create an additional RDS instance that would be based on data that is there on your instance at the specific time you choose and select the date and time that you need. So Point-in-time will create a new instance that will have all data the same as it was there at the time you selected. Now connect to the instance and get the missing data into your database and then you can destroy the instance that you created as it is no longer needed.
