Disable filter pane (or at least ensure it's collapsed by default)

I have created embedded reports and everytime when I navigate the report into another page I am find filter pane is visible and expand

I am trying to set the pane is collasped in the desktop and want to hid buttons in the reports

How can I do this?

Worked on bookmark action and used to navigate between pages and chaning this page navigation didnt cause filter pane to appear
