Building Hierarchies for Business Areas in Power BI

Question

I want to combine multiple projects which are differ in their granularity and I want to see them combine, I have communication that can carry out within the enterprise,others will go through IT and some with IT leaders,if I click on it leaders ,it will display communication through the individual and also receive Enterprise wise and IT wise communication

I have created some hierarchy in my data and want to expand them,and create duplicate rows for communication

How can I do this?

They are two ways 1st we can extended recipient fact tables and we can communicate recipent for fact tables
