Apache Hadoop or simply Hadoop is a software framework that allows parallel storing and processing of Big Data in a distributed environment. It has two major components – the First one is Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS) that allows the storage of different data across a cluster. The second is Yet Another Resource Negotiator (YARN) that is used for processing the stored data. Since Hadoop is capable to handle both structured and unstructured data, the users can collect, process, and analyze data. So, it is far better than the relational database or data warehouse.
